I can’t access the email address associated with my Instagram account

From June 29 2020, Instagram will no longer allow any applications (including Linktree) to log in via their Instagram account. This means you will need to create a password for your Linktree account to continue to log in. You’ll be prompted to create a new password the next time you log in via the ‘Log in with Instagram’ button and asked to confirm your email address for security and password recovery purposes. 

If you can’t access the email address associated with your Instagram and/or Linktree account, you can easily reset it by following these instructions:

2. Click on the ‘Log In With Instagram’ button 

3.Click ‘Next’ when you see this screen:

4. Click the ‘I need to update my email address' button. 

5. Click on the ‘Head to My Account’ button. 

Once you’re in the My Account section, you can update your email address and send the password creation or reset link.
