My payment failed

When Linktree attempts to charge your payment method but fails, it may be due to several reasons.

  • Online/international purchases disabled. Contact your bank or card provider to make sure your card is enabled for online and international purchases.
  • Incorrect billing details. Review and update your billing details to make sure they’re correct.
  • Expired or invalid card. Check if your card number and expiration date are correct.
  • Insufficient funds. Check your balance and make sure it’s sufficient to cover the pending payment.
