Universal Music Group (UMG) artists can now capture fan details directly on their Linktree, making it easier to collect fan names, email addresses, and their location.
The best part? This link sends fan information directly to UMG without any extra work from you and is completely compliant with UMG's privacy and data policy.
Steps:
In your Linktree Admin, hit the + Add link button.
Tap the magnifying glass 🔍 to open Search Link Apps.
Find UMG Signup and click Add.
💡 Tip: You can also tap Add to Linktree from the Linktree Marketplace.
Give your link a Title.
Search for your UMG opt in ID by entering your Artist Name in the search box.
🔔 Note: This search is case sensitive, and must be entered exactly as it appears within the UMG catalog.
Copy the Opt-In ID that appears below the Artist Name search box and paste it into the Opt-In ID text box.
Example: -Mxd3Loy_V_2eOIgMAU9
Use the drop down menu to select your Country of Acquisition.
That’s it! Your UMG Signup link is now live and your visitors can start joining your UMG mailing list.
