We’ve made it easier to simplify your schedule and get more bookings using our Calendly integration.
This link integration lets you display your schedule on your Linktree and helps you connect with your visitors. You can set up your Calendly link to help your visitors book a call with you, sign up for one of your events, schedule a meet-and-greet, and more.
As a bonus, you can also collect payments for your bookings directly on Linktree and manage your payments through your Calendly account.
Steps
In your Linktree Editor, hit the + Add link button.
Copy your Calendly URL and paste it in the URL field.
Tap Add.
💡 Tip: You can also tap the magnifying glass 🔍 to open Search Link Apps, and search for Calendly.
A new Calendly settings will appear below your link URL. Select to either Embed your calendar on your Linktree or Go directly to the URL.
FAQs
What happens after a visitor has booked an appointment using my Calendly link?
A confirmation email will be sent to your visitor’s email inbox. This email is sent by Calendly and not managed by Linktree.
My Calendly account has added customizations, colors and logos - will this appear on my Calendly link?
At this time, any customizations you have for your Calendly account will not appear within the Calendly link. Your link will have the default Calendly appearance offerings.
I have a Calendly link that collects payment - will the payment be managed by Linktree?
Any payments that’s collected from your Calendly link will be managed through your Calendly account via Stripe or PayPal. The Linktree customer support team does not have any visibility on your payments and we recommend that you reach out to the Calendly support team for any payment assistance.
