How do I change or remove my payment method?

You can update or delete your old credit card and other payment methods within your Linktree Admin.

Need to tweak your payment details? You can update your credit card or payment information within your Linktree Admin at any time.

Switching to a new payment method:


  1. In your Linktree Admin, tap your profile image to access your account settings.

  2. Choose 'Billing' from the menu.

  3. Scroll down to the Payment section.

  4. You can either select an existing payment method or add a new one by tapping 'Credit card' or 'PayPal'.

    • For credit cards, fill in your new details.

    • For PayPal, follow the on-screen instructions to log in and authorize the transaction.

  5. Tap 'Update payment', and you're all set! Your next payment will be charged to the new method.

Removing a payment method:


🔔 Note: Before you remove a payment method, make sure it isn't linked to an active plan. Switch to a new payment method or cancel your plan first.

  1. In your Linktree Admin, select your profile image to open account settings.

  2. Choose 'Billing' from the menu.

  3. Find the payment method you'd like to remove in the Payment section and tap the trashcan icon:

  4. Confirm with 'Yes, Remove'.

That's it - your credit card or PayPal details are now removed.
