How to set up Chatbot
Go to the Links page in your Linktree admin and click + Add Link.
Search for "Chatbot" in the Search Link Apps tool and select it.
Add a Title for your chatbot (e.g., “Ask Me Anything”).
Shape your responses.
Choose which of your links you'd like your chatbot to learn from.
Tap + Add external link to include content that isn't linked on your Linktree.
Break the ice.
Tap + Add a conversation starter to add suggested prompts for visitors to start chatting.
Choose a personality.
Select a tone that fits you:
Friendly and approachable - Uses warm language to make users feel comfortable and welcome.
Professional and formal - Uses polished and respectful language that emphasizes professionalism
Casual and conversational - Uses relaxed and everyday language to create a more natural dialogue.
Analyze the tone of your content - Train the chatbot with content from your Linktree.
Click Teach Your Chatbot to save your settings.
