What is the Chatbot Link?


Transform your Linktree with an AI-powered chatbot that:

  • Delivers instant, round-the-clock responses to your audience's queries.

  • Unifies your brand presence by drawing from your entire Linktree profile, FAQs, and links.

  • Integrates with links of your choosing, crafting personalized conversations that truly reflect your brand’s voice

How to set up Chatbot


  1. Go to the Links page in your Linktree admin and click + Add Link.

  2. Search for "Chatbot" in the Search Link Apps tool and select it.

  3. Add a Title for your chatbot (e.g., “Ask Me Anything”).

  4. Shape your responses.

    • Choose which of your links you'd like your chatbot to learn from.

    • Tap + Add external link to include content that isn't linked on your Linktree.

  5. Break the ice.

    • Tap + Add a conversation starter to add suggested prompts for visitors to start chatting.

  6. Choose a personality.

    • Select a tone that fits you:

      1. Friendly and approachable - Uses warm language to make users feel comfortable and welcome.

      2. Professional and formal - Uses polished and respectful language that emphasizes professionalism

      3. Casual and conversational - Uses relaxed and everyday language to create a more natural dialogue.

      4. Analyze the tone of your content - Train the chatbot with content from your Linktree.

  7. Click Teach Your Chatbot to save your settings.

💡 Tip: Add a FAQs Link to help your chatbot respond to visitors’ most common questions, ensuring smarter, faster interactions.

Your chatbot is now ready to make your Linktree more interactive and user-friendly!
